The Art & Practice of Movement

4 Week Class Series

_Karin-Stevens-Classic

This non-traditional dance class is for non-vocational and vocational dancers of all levels. Karin leads with gentle and diverse prompting through 8 patterns of movement. Within this structure you will finding space in your mind, opening in your body, sensation and awareness of your unique rhythms and movement patterns. You will be dancing!
This is powerful stuff that is equally effective for a highly trained dancer and someone who has never danced in the traditional sense.  The A & P of Movement is rooted in the philosophy that movement is life and necessary for our evolution, our healing, and our connecting more deeply with ourselves, with each other and with the natural world.
